If you wish to return or exchange your products this is accepted as long as we receive them back to us within 15 days from the date of a delivery in the original re sellable condition.
We're sorry but we are unable to accept returns on personalised items, confectionery, pre -filled party bags, wigs or costumes.
You will have to cover the cost of returning the product unless the product is faulty or not as described. In this event please contact us prior to you returning the product.
Once the item is received back to us we will inspect it and either refund or replace according to your instructions.
