If you wish to return for a full refund, this is accepted as long as we receive them back to us within 30 days from the date of a delivery in the original re sell able condition.
We're sorry but we are unable to accept returns on personalised items, confectionery, pre -filled party bags, Inflated Balloons.
You will have to cover the cost of returning the product unless the product is faulty or not as described. Please include your order details in order for us to process your refund.
Once the item is received back to us we will inspect it and either refund or replace according to your instructions.
